Name and incorporation documents
We help check the proposed name and prepare the incorporation materials. Your shareholder and director details should reflect the intended ownership and management of the company.
Build a regional base
Establish a Hong Kong company with the filing, company secretary and registered office arrangements considered together. We also help prepare the next steps for banking and administration.

Start with how the Hong Kong company will trade, hold investments or support regional operations. Those decisions matter for documentation and banking preparation. We help coordinate the incorporation work and identify the administration you will need after registration.
What we help with
We help check the proposed name and prepare the incorporation materials. Your shareholder and director details should reflect the intended ownership and management of the company.
A local private company needs a company secretary and a registered office in Hong Kong. If there is only one director, that person cannot also act as company secretary. We help arrange the services included in your proposal.
Banks assess the business model, ownership and supporting records independently. We help organise the information and coordinate introductions where agreed. Remote incorporation does not mean every bank can open an account remotely.
Company records, statutory filings, business registration renewal and accounting need ongoing attention. We help scope secretarial and administrative support so the company has a workable reporting calendar.

No. The Companies Registry requires the registered office of a local limited company to be in Hong Kong.
The jurisdictions are separate. A Hong Kong incorporation does not itself authorise local operations in mainland China. We review the activities you intend to carry out in each market.
No. Tax treatment depends on the actual business and applicable rules. Any tax advisory work needs its own assessment and agreed scope.
